Introduction

"Home Science" Course caters to bi-focal objective of grooming young girls to be efficient and skilled housewives on one hand and on the other hand enabling them to face the needs and aspirations of the modern society. We are committed to create a better tomorrow by equipping our students with various innovative skills. Home Science Course lays emphasis on development of all aspects of student's personality. As role of women outside the home has become significantly important, this course enables them to incorporate social consciousness to deal with new avenues and challenges of life.
Besides providing basic qualities to a householder through subjects like Home Management, Cooking, Food & Nutrition, this course also helps in developing their aesthetic & creative sense through subjects like Art & Craft & Personal Grooming. While framing the Curriculum, care has been taken to provide broad base to the course, appreciating the interest & needs of future life of the girls.
